InFocus has recently launched the world’s smallest portable desktop PC, sporting dimensions of 6.20 x 3.16 x 0.50 in (157.70 x 80.50 x 12.90 mm) — the type of dimensions that can fit in your pocket. The Kangaroo Mobile Desktop Pro transforms any TV or monitor into a full desktop running Windows 10, making it the perfect choice for professionals on the go. Business trips are now lighter — literally — thanks to this device. Slip this tiny PC in your pocket, take your favorite tablet with you and you are ready to go.

Since this portable PC has been developed for professionals, it features solid security features including a fingerprint reader and TPM 2.0. As tiny as it is, the Kangaroo Mobile Desktop Pro is powered by an Intel Atom x5-Z8500 processor, 2GB of memory and a 32GB eMMC drive. It’s also equipped with Intel HD Graphics with shared graphics memory and a battery life of four hours.

Audio is available only via via Bluetooth, USB, or HDMI output. The device sports five ports: one USB 3.0, one USB 2.0, one HDMI (all via included dock), one Micro-USB 2.0 (for charging only) and one dock connector. The device also comes with a dock so that users can connect it to various other devices.

Its impressive range of features are all incorporated in a device that weighs only 5.80 oz (164.42 g) or 7.40 oz (209.78) with the dock included. Plus you can use it on an iPhone or an iPad.

Although the Kangaroo Mobile Desktop Pro has been designed for professional use, you can also unleash its power at home or at work:

Use your TV or any screen to watch movies and recorded videos, play games, or access your work files just by plugging the cable into your kangaroo.
Using the latest quad-core Intel CPU, you can create or work on your standard Office documents, access the web, and enjoy any type of media.

And judging by user feedback, this tiny PC is worth every penny:

[…] There is something super satisfying about holding this thing in your hand and knowing it’s a fully capable Windows computer. I mainly use it as a PLEX media server. It has by far exceeded my expectations in this regard. I was expecting to only be able to stream my media to a max of 2 devices at a time but I was able to do 4 with no problem. If you go down this path just make sure all your media is in mp4 format.

Buy the Kangaroo Mobile Desktop Pro from Amazon for $199.99 or opt for the Kangaroo Signature Edition Mobile Desktop from the Microsoft Store for only $99.00. This device goes nicely with InFocus’ recently upgraded Kangaroo Plus Pocket PC, so check that out as well.
