   powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRootFileManagerAppxManifest.xml
4. Finally, type the following execution policy script and hit Enter again:
   powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRootImmersiveControlPanelAppxManifest.xml
   
5. Exit the terminal.
6. Now that the command prompt window has closed, reboot the Windows 10 device.
7. Lastly, please recheck the Settings feature to see if it works as intended.

3. Select Windows Update and click Check for updates.

3. Run an SFC scan

1. Press Windows + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
   
2. Type the script below and hit Enter.
   sfc /scannow
3. Lastly, run the DISM scan using the script below:
   DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
4. Finally, exit the command prompt and try reaccessing the utility.
