The KB3213548 update for Skype for Business 2016 brings the version to 16.0.4561.1000 and includes the KB4032342 and the KB4032343.

KB4032342

This update brings fixes for the issue in which keyboard navigation is confusing and inconsistent in Skype for Business 2016.

When you use the Tab or Shift-Tab key combinations in the chat history window in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016, this selection will include the entirechat history and sometimes will include the text of the chat history .

The update also fixed issues with cursor becoming very slow when over selected text and the inability to cancel the selection of the messages when you use the Shift key to select multiple messages.

In order to fix this issue, you have to install the July 5, 2017, update (KB3213548) for Skype for Business 2016.

KB4032343

This update addressesĀ  low Internet Explorer performance when the Skype for Business 2016 add-in for Internet Explorer (OCHelper.dll) is enabled. When you browse to an SAP web app on the computer, Ā browsing performance is significantly decreased. The problem occurs because the web app uses xmp element tags that include lots of content. This content is parsed for telephone numbers by the add-inĀ and this kind of behavior consumes too much CPU time and it may decrease performance.

In order to fix this issue, you have to install the update KB3213548 for Skype for Business 2016.
