Adobe Experience Cloud is now available for Chinese enterprises
Adobe and Microsoft’s partnership involves the fact that the Adobe Experience Cloud is running on Microsoft Azure. The two companies have extended the availability of this cloud partnership to China’s enterprise customers as well. This will happen via an operator partnership with the 21Vianet cloud provider.
The expansion towards China is the latest step in this strategic partnership between the two companies which began back in 2016 when Adobe’s services chose Azure as the preferred cloud platform.
New native integrations
Microsoft and Azure also announced native integrations between the following services:
- Adobe Campaign and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Adobe Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
- Adobe Experience Manager and Microsoft Azure
Adobe and Microsoft also signed a deal that makes the Marketing Cloud of Abode the marketing module of Microsoft’s version of Dynamics 365 for Enterprise. In 2016, the companies also underlined more of their goals together which included the fact that Adobe Analytics would be integrated with Microsoft Power BI.
Adobe and Microsoft agreed to integrate some essential productivity services across the companies’ cloud services.
Enhanced integration between Adobe and Microsoft’s services
Adobe Sign which is Adobe’s e-signature service has also become Microsoft’s favorite e-signature across Dynamics 365 and Office 365. More than that, Microsoft’s alternative for Slack, Microsoft Teams, became the preferred collab service for Adobe’s Experience Cloud and Creative Cloud. For hosting Adobe Sign, Adobe chose Microsoft’s Azure.
The partnership between Adobe and Microsoft does not involve exclusivity. For instance, even if the two companies have announced that Azure would become Adobe’s preferred cloud provider, Adobe continued to host various services on AWS from Amazon, and it continues to do so.
