Air hockey refers to a game played by two competing individuals that are trying to score points in the opposing player’s goal, in order to win.
Air hockey requires a table with a special low friction playing surface, strikers, and a puck. It is usually an inside game, but the table can be placed outside as well.
The game was developed from 1969 to 1972, by Phil Crossman, Bob Kendrick, and Brad Baldwin, a group of Brunswick Billiards employees.
