Microsoft is constantly working on their Edge browser to make it more secure and as user friendly as possible.
The new Chromium-based Edge seems to appeal to a lot of users, some of them using it exclusively. With a new interface and a lot of changes, Edge Canary is on the way of becoming a reliable and easy-to-use browser.
You can now sync addresses and passwords in Edge
The latest version of Edge Canary, 220.127.116.11, brings some long awaited features. More specifically, Address and Password synchronisation is now enabled in Edge Canary.
This is a welcomed addition, after the recent changes to the InPrivate mode.
From now on, you’ll be able to sync not only your history, settings or tabs, but also your addresses, phone numbers, and passwords.
It’s worth mentioning that not all devices will get the new features, as Microsoft is still testing them. So if you’re using Canary Edge and don’t see the new sync options, you’ve probably been skipped.
But don’t worry, you will get them soon enough, when Microsoft will enable the options on more PCs.
