final fantasy 14 open beta

Final Fantasy 14 has been out for a while, but unfortunately, the game was never available for the Xbox platform.

That’s about to change since Square Enix has announced the open beta for Xbox Series X/S!

Final Fantasy 14 open beta was announced, coming in late February

According to a recent blog post from Square Enix, the open beta for Final Fantasy 14 is scheduled to start on Wednesday, February 21st around 12 AM Pacific Standard Time.

The open beta will be available only to new players, so if you have the game on another platform, you’re out of luck.

On the other hand, players will be available to play Final Fantasy with existing accounts and all of their previously created characters after the full game has launched.

That’s not all, your progress during the beta will be transferred to the full version of the game, allowing you to continue where you left off.

All beta participants will have the same limitations as players using the free trial of the game. In addition, optional Online Store purchases won’t be available as well.

Keep in mind that to participate in the beta, you need to enable multiplayer, cross-network, and communication options on your console. You also need to enable the option to see and upload community creations.

This is an exciting time for Final Fantasy 14 fans and Xbox gamers since they will have the ability to experience the game for the first time. As for the full release, no information is available at the moment.

We just hope that the gamers won’t experience the dreaded FFXIV error 2002 during the open beta.
