During CES 2010, a device called the HP Slate was announced as an upcoming multi-touch capable Windows 7 slate PC. Over at ZDNet, they have a nice review on this 8.9 inch, Intel Atom Z540 processor based bad boy.

As far as availability, this device available through HP.com. It is shipping now for $799. The bundle includes a digital pen, a docking station, and a portfolio case.
