Valve avertit les clients de mat\u00e9riel Steam en Europe d\u2019une fuite de donn\u00e9es qui a expos\u00e9 des informations personnelles suite \u00e0 une cyberattaque visant son partenaire de livraison CEVA Logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon des rapports d\u2019utilisateurs de Reddit<\/a>, CEVA g\u00e8re les livraisons des commandes de mat\u00e9riel Steam \u00e0 travers l\u2019Europe. Les attaquants auraient acc\u00e9d\u00e9 aux syst\u00e8mes de CEVA entre le 29 juillet et le 1er ao\u00fbt 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valve a appris le 7 ao\u00fbt que des informations de clients Steam pouvaient avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9es et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 contacter les clients dont les donn\u00e9es sont probablement affect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des donn\u00e9es de clients de mat\u00e9riel Steam ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Les informations compromises incluent les noms des clients, adresses, num\u00e9ros de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et adresses email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les attaquants pourraient \u00e9galement avoir obtenu des d\u00e9tails sur le type de mat\u00e9riel Steam command\u00e9 et le montant pay\u00e9 pour celui-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La fuite n\u2019a pas expos\u00e9 les identifiants de compte Steam ni les informations de paiement. Les informations concernant les autres achats Steam des clients n\u2019ont pas non plus \u00e9t\u00e9 compromises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les codes Steam Guard n\u2019ont pas non plus \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9s, ce qui signifie que Valve indique que les utilisateurs concern\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas besoin de modifier leurs mots de passe Steam ni leurs param\u00e8tres de compte \u00e0 cause de cet incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valve met en garde les clients contre les attaques de phishing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Valve indique que les attaquants pourraient utiliser les informations vol\u00e9es pour lancer des campagnes de phishing convaincantes contre les clients affect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les fraudeurs pourraient se faire passer pour Valve, Steam, CEVA ou d\u2019autres entreprises de livraison par le biais d\u2019emails, de SMS et d\u2019appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les attaquants peuvent conna\u00eetre l\u2019adresse r\u00e9elle d\u2019un client et les d\u00e9tails de sa commande de mat\u00e9riel, les messages frauduleux pourraient sembler plus convaincants que les tentatives de phishing habituelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par exemple, les attaquants pourraient pr\u00e9tendre qu\u2019une livraison n\u00e9cessite une confirmation, demander un petit paiement pour frais de douane ou de relivraison, ou orienter les clients vers une fausse page de connexion Steam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valve conseille aux clients de traiter avec prudence toute demande inattendue concernant leurs livraisons de mat\u00e9riel Steam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CEVA Logistics enqu\u00eate sur la cyberattaque<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

CEVA a isol\u00e9 les syst\u00e8mes touch\u00e9s par l\u2019attaque et fait appel \u00e0 des enqu\u00eateurs externes pour examiner l\u2019incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valve presse \u00e9galement CEVA pour obtenir plus de d\u00e9tails sur l\u2019ampleur de la fuite et la mani\u00e8re dont les attaquants ont pu acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ses syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
