Microsoft is to announce news of the latest updates to its Azure platform through an upcoming webcast.

There can be no doubt that Azure has become one of the crown jewels in Microsoft’s collection. Sporting a good take-up rate the world over, and central to the cloud-first policy of Redmond, Azure has certainly proven its worth to the world.

The latest updates to hit the service will be announced via a web broadcast, which is to take place on Tuesday March 24th at 11am PT, and will be led by Scott Guthrie. Bill Staples will join him to unveil the latest news from the application platform team, which is expected to concern improving the lot of app developers in the cloud-first world.
