The application also offers bilinear and bicubic resampling and you can also decompress and recompress both audio and video. If needed, you can also remove specific segments, adjust frame rate or decimate frames. In addition to all these features VirtualDub is rather fast so you can process and edit videos with ease.
VirtualDub has a humble interface, but it offers decent video editing features, and you can even use it to mix audio and video files. The application is completely free and portable, so it will work without an installation.
