Unlike Mozilla Foundation, Mozilla Corporation is a taxable entity. Therefore, there are no limitations to types and amounts of revenue.
It is currently governed by a Board of Directors that includes Mitchell Baker (Chairman/CEO/Co-Founder), Julie Hannam, Karim Lakhani, and Bob Lisbonne.
