Als je probeert in te loggen bij Spotify op Windows of macOS en de melding “A firewall may be blocking Spotify” krijgt, samen met foutcode: session:103, ben je niet de enige. De afgelopen dagen hebben gebruikers op Reddit<\/a> en de Spotify-community hetzelfde probleem gemeld, waarbij velen zeggen dat de fout plotseling verscheen, ook al hadden ze hun firewall, antivirus of netwerkinstellingen niet gewijzigd. In feite kampt Spotify met een grote storing<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat is Spotify-fout session:103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De fout session:103 verschijnt meestal wanneer Spotify het aanmeldproces tussen je browser en de desktop-app niet kan voltooien. Hoewel de melding naar een firewall wijst, is dat niet altijd de echte oorzaak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In feite heeft Spotify eerder storingen erkend waarbij gebruikers fout 103, account:4 en andere aanmeldproblemen zagen, zelfs terwijl er niets mis was met hun pc. Tijdens een incident in juni bevestigde Spotify dat het team problemen met aanmelden op de desktop onderzocht, voordat er uiteindelijk een oplossing werd uitgerold. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recente Reddit-threads tonen ook dat veel gebruikers tegelijkertijd identieke fouten ervaren, wat suggereert dat serverproblemen soms de oorzaak kunnen zijn in plaats van individuele pc-configuraties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spotify-fout session:103 oplossen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Als de servers van Spotify normaal werken, probeer dan deze oplossingen in de aangegeven volgorde:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Start Spotify en je computer opnieuw op.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • Schakel antivirussoftware tijdelijk uit om te zien of HTTPS-filtering Spotify blokkeert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Wis de cache van je browser, met name voor spotify.com en accounts.spotify.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Meld je overal af bij Spotify vanaf je accountpagina en meld je vervolgens opnieuw aan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
