Het bedrijf legt de lat hoger voor de opbrengstendeling van Shorts en voegt tegelijkertijd nieuwe manieren toe om geld te verdienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De wijzigingen vormen de eerste grote YPP-herziening van YouTube sinds 2018. Het bedrijf zegt dat het doel is om actieve makers te belonen en tegelijkertijd de kansen op het hele platform uit te breiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-shorts-creators-now-have-a-much-bigger-number-to-chase\">Shorts-makers moeten nu een veel groter aantal nastreven<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanaf 1 februari 2027 worden nieuwe Shorts-inkomstenvereisten van kracht. Makers hebben 10 miljoen gekwalificeerde Shorts-weergaven nodig binnen 90 dagen om in aanmerking te komen voor opbrengstendeling uit advertenties en abonnementen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Makers onder dat aantal worden niet uit het YPP verwijderd. Hun inkomsten uit lange video&#8217;s blijven behouden, terwijl de Shorts-opbrengstendeling kan terugkeren zodra ze de drempel opnieuw overschrijden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YouTube is ook bonussen aan het plannen rondom Shopping, merkdeals en opkomende trends. Makers ontvangen inkomsten uit een speciale abonnementspool. Premium wijst 30% van de netto abonnementsinkomsten toe aan makers. Premium Lite wijst 60% toe, waarbij betalingen gebaseerd zijn op kijktijd en weergaven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/windowsreport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/ypp-how-premium-revenue-works.width-800.format-webp.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1504451\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nieuwe YPP-aanvragers krijgen ook te maken met hogere drempels voor advertentie- en Premium-opbrengstendeling. Zij hebben 8.000 gekwalificeerde kijkuren of 20 miljoen gekwalificeerde Shorts-weergaven nodig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bestaande YPP-makers worden niet getroffen door deze toetredingswijzigingen.
