Claude en gerelateerde diensten liggen plat door de nieuwste storing. Anthropic onderzoekt verhoogde foutpercentages die Claude.ai, Claude Code en Claude Cowork treffen, waarbij sommige Claude API-verzoeken ook fouten retourneren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De laatste update op de statuspagina van Anthropic, geplaatst om 14:30 UTC op 29 september, meldt dat het bedrijf onderzoek doet naar verminderde prestaties op claude.ai, platform.claude.com, de Claude API, Claude Code en Claude Cowork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het incident verscheen voor het eerst om 14:21 UTC, toen Anthropic meldde dat gebruikers mislukte verzoeken zagen, fouten bij het laden of verzenden van gesprekken en problemen bij het aanmelden. Het bedrijf adviseerde dat opnieuw proberen kon lukken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claude-gebruikers zien fouten bij meerdere diensten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De statuspagina vermeldt momenteel dat claude.ai, Claude Code en Claude Cowork een gedeeltelijke storing ervaren, terwijl de Claude Console en Claude API verminderde prestaties vertonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dat betekent dat dit niet beperkt blijft tot de hoofdwebsite van Claude. Ontwikkelaars die de API gebruiken en mensen die met Claude Code of Cowork werken, kunnen ook problemen ondervinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anthropic heeft nog geen specifieke oorzaak voor het incident of een geschatte tijd voor volledig herstel gegeven. Het bedrijf zegt dat het onderzoek doet en nog een update zal geven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voor gebruikers die momenteel geen toegang tot Claude hebben, is er nauwelijks een tijdelijke oplossing, behalve na een korte wachttijd opnieuw te proberen.
