OpenAI heeft in stilte n\u00f3g een wijziging bevestigd voor ChatGPT-gebruikers. De offici\u00eble DALL.E GPT heeft nu een datum waarop hij wordt stopgezet. Gebruikers hebben nog maar een paar weken voordat hij definitief wordt be\u00ebindigd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OpenAI stopt met DALL.E GPT, zegt dat ChatGPT Images de toekomst is<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Volgens OpenAI wordt de offici\u00eble DALL.E GPT op 30 augustus 2026 uit ChatGPT verwijderd<\/a>. Voor die tijd raadt het bedrijf aan afbeeldingen die gebruikers willen bewaren, te downloaden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De stap betekent niet dat het genereren van afbeeldingen verdwijnt. In plaats daarvan verwijst OpenAI gebruikers naar ChatGPT Images, dat de belangrijkste bestemming binnen ChatGPT is geworden voor het maken en bewerken van AI-gegenereerde afbeeldingen.
Over bestaande projecten gesproken: OpenAI meldt dat door gebruikers gemaakte GPT\u2019s waarvoor het genereren van afbeeldingen is ingeschakeld, niet door deze beslissing worden be\u00efnvloed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Onthoud wel dat de be\u00ebindiging alleen geldt voor de offici\u00eble, door OpenAI gepubliceerde DALL.E GPT. De verandering weerspiegelt de voortdurende inspanning van OpenAI om de ChatGPT-ervaring te vereenvoudigen. In plaats van afzonderlijke GPT\u2019s voor vergelijkbare taken te onderhouden, heeft het bedrijf functies in toenemende mate rechtstreeks in ChatGPT zelf ge\u00efntegreerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dat gezegd hebbende, moeten gebruikers die veelvuldig via de zelfstandige DALL.E GPT werkten belangrijke creaties back-uppen voordat de deadline verstrijkt. Na 30 augustus zijn die gesprekken en gegenereerde afbeeldingen mogelijk niet meer toegankelijk via de be\u00ebindigde GPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
