OneDrive Reliability Update Released for Windows 8.1, 10, RT 8.1

A few days ago, we reported that OneDrive has been accused of slow uploading speeds or of not working at all, but a fresh update has been issued which might solve the problems.
This article describes an update rollup that includes reliability improvements for Microsoft OneDrive in Windows RT 8.1 and Windows 8.1. We recommend that you apply this update rollup as part of your regular maintenance routines.

OneDrive gets more reliable in Windows 8.1 with latest update
Just as with SmartSearch, Microsoft hasn’t detailed the update, and you will get it automatically unless you’ve set to install updates manually. And here are the operating systems for which the update has been issued:
- Windows 8.1 Enterprise
- Windows 8.1 Pro
- Windows Server 2012 R2
- Windows 8.1
- Windows RT 8.1
I’ve installed the update, but I can’t say that it’s faster or the upload process is faster, and the sync settings have remained the same. If you have noticed something which has improved, do let us know by leaving your comment below.
