Intelegem cat de frustrant poate fi, asa ca am pregatit cateva solutii prin care poti rezolva aceasta problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te-ai chinuit vreodata cu o prezentare (pentru o noua idee de proiect sau pentru dezbateri la munca), iar apoi a venit dimineata cea mare si pur si simplu nu ai putut deschide documentul?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel de cazuri pot fi cu adevarat iritante, mai ales daca prezentarea a functionat fara probleme in seara precedenta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uneori, antivirusul impiedica deschiderea fisierelor PowerPoint. In cazul in care nu poti efectua aceasta operatiune, se poate ca fisierul sa fie deteriorat sau se afle intr-o parte degradata a hard diskului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> 2. Recupereaza fisierele<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sterge fisierul prezentarii PowerPoint din sistemul tau.<\/li><li>Recreeaza fisierul sau restaureaza-l dintr-o copie de rezerva (precum cea pe care ai creat-o in solutia anterioara).<\/li><li>Daca fisierul e deteriorat, atunci nu poate fi gestionat corect nici de antivirus, nici de Office. Pentru a utiliza din nou fisierul, incearca sa il recuperezi.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Simptomele unui fisier deteriorat semnaleaza erori atunci cand incerci sa deschizi prezentarea, cum ar fi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Mesajul <em>Aceasta nu este o prezentare PowerPoint<\/em><\/li><li> Notificarea <em>PowerPoint nu poate deschide tipul de fisier reprezentat de ppt<\/em><\/li><li> O parte din dosar lipseste<\/li><li> Defectiune generala de protectie<\/li><li> Instruire ilegala<\/li><li> Eroare de pagina nevalida<\/li><li> Resurse reduse de sistem<\/li><li> Fara memorie<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Exista mai multe modalitati prin care poti determina daca prezentarea ta este deteriorata. Poti incerca inclusiv sa deschizi fisierul pe alt computer sau sa creezi un fisier nou. Astfel, vei vedea daca eroarea inca persista. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Incearca o versiune temporara a prezentarii<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Apasa click-dreapta pe fisierul tau.<\/li><li>Selecteaza <strong>Redenumire<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Schimba extensia veche a numelui fisierului din <strong>.tmp<\/strong> in <strong>.pptx.<\/strong><\/li><li>Porneste <strong>PowerPoint<\/strong>.<\/li><li>In aplicatia Office, apasa pe <strong>Fisier<\/strong>, apoi selecteaza <em>Deschidere<\/em>.<\/li><li>Navigheaza la folderul care contine fisierul redenumit.<\/li><li>Incearca sa il deschizi in PowerPoint.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cand editezi o prezentare PowerPoint, programul creeaza o versiune temporara sau o copie a fisierului, numita <strong>PPT####.tmp<\/strong> (#### reprezinta un numar aleatoriu compus din patru cifre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daca gasesti mai multe fisiere corespunzatoare, incearca sa le deschizi pe rand pentru a vedea daca vreunul este copia temporara a prezentarii tale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In cazul in care PowerPoint este blocat de antivirus, prezentarea temporara ramane in locatia celei salvate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceasta versiune sau copia se pot afla in acelasi folder cu prezentarea originala sau in folderul cu fisiere temporare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daca nu exista versiuni temporare sau copii ale prezentarii tale (sau daca nu se pot deschide cand incerci sa le rulezi), incearca sa utilizezi PowerPoint Viewer, asa cum este descris mai jos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Foloseste PowerPoint pentru web<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deschide browser-ul pe care il folosesti in mod regulat.<\/li><li>Acceseaza versiunea <a href=\"https:\/\/office.live.com\/start\/PowerPoint.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PowerPoint pentru web<\/a>. Ruleaza Scandisk pe hard disk <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Foloseste urmatoarea combinatie de taste: <strong><kbd>Windows + E<\/kbd><\/strong>.<\/li><li>In File Explorer, apasa
