Sonys beslut att g\u00e5 bort fr\u00e5n fysiska PlayStation-skivor har \u00e5teruppv\u00e4ckt frustrationen bland de mest h\u00e4ngivna fansen. Inte nog med att fans protesterar och uppmanar andra spelare att s\u00e4ga upp sin PlayStation Plus-prenumeration, utan \u00f6ver 350 000 missn\u00f6jda PlayStation-fans har skrivit under en petition som uppmanar Sony att inte d\u00f6da skivorna. I nul\u00e4get har Sony inte gett n\u00e5got offentligt uttalande om motreaktionerna. Men det verkar som att PS-fansen har f\u00e5tt nog och nu har organiserat en veckol\u00e5ng #<\/strong>PSBlackout-kampanj<\/a> f\u00f6r att s\u00e4nda ett budskap till Sony.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

#PSBlackout-kampanjen siktar p\u00e5 att p\u00e5verka engagemanget, inte utvecklarna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Kampanjen \u00e4r planerad att p\u00e5g\u00e5 fr\u00e5n 23 augusti kl. 19:00 lokal tid till 30 augusti kl. 19:00 lokal tid. Organisat\u00f6rerna ber PlayStation-spelare att h\u00e5lla sig offline, undvika k\u00f6p i PlayStation Store och till och med l\u00e5ta konsolerna vara avst\u00e4ngda i sju dagar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00f6respr\u00e5karna menar att planen att skrota skivorna f\u00f6rsvagar \u00e4gandet av spel, begr\u00e4nsar \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsm\u00f6jligheterna och skapar nya utmaningar f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngsiktigt bevarande. Med det sagt g\u00e5r kampanjen l\u00e5ngt ut\u00f6ver fysiska medier. Uttalandet som delats av bevarandegruppen Does It Play pekar p\u00e5 flera l\u00e5ngvariga problem, d\u00e4ribland PlayStations satsning p\u00e5 live service-spel, inst\u00e4llda fanevenemang, nedl\u00e4ggningen av Japan Studio och bristen p\u00e5 nya titlar i spelserier som SOCOM, Resistance, Sly Cooper och Twisted Metal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
