If you need a business laptop, you can’t  go wrong with Toshiba’s enterprise-grade Portégé Windows series. Now, the company unveiled its newest model.

Portégé Windows machines

Portégé notebooks are premium devices that offer both durability and high performance, with many coming with a porting stick, a must for most business users. Many reviewers go as far as to say these laptops are superior to Lenovo’s ThinkPad line.

The Portégé X30 features meet all the performance demands of the modern workplace

The Portégé X30 comes with a magnesium alloy body, is Mil-SPEC-810G certified, and can last up to 18 hours. Even if its price is a bit high at $1,449, you’ll definitely get what you have pay for. The Portégé X30 is 15.9mm thin and weighs 2.3 pounds, making the 13.3-inch device 11% thinner and 13% lighter than its predecessor. It also features a Full HD (1920 x 1080) multi-touch wide viewing angle display, Intel 802.11ac Wi-Fi, solid state drives and a complete suite of ports, including 2 USB Type-C ports, a USB 3.0 port, an HDMI port, a microSD card slot and a headphone/mic combo port.

Toshiba designed the Portégé X30 in such a way that it meets the performance demands of the modern workplace, adopting 7th gen Intel Core processors and Windows 10 Pro so that users will enjoy the most powerful processing and full-featured operating systems currently available on the market. For instance, Toshiba says that “for additional expansion and productivity, the Portégé X30 is compatible with the new Toshiba Thunderbolt 3 Dock. This advanced docking station features a simple single-connection and can support up to the three 4K monitors simultaneously.”

While you can order the Portégé X30 in standard configurations, the company also offers users the ability to customize the device with a built to order option if you so desire.
