Softomotive is a leading player in RPA.
Power Automate integrates with RPA software WinAutomation
The incorporation of WinAutomation into Power Automate makes the later even more powerful. It produces a synergistic outcome suitable to the enhancement of workplace productivity
For example, it offers Power Automate users more options for automating manual business processes.
As such, you can use it to build RPAs for the web as well as for desktop applications.
Together with Power Automate, WinAutomation will provide customers additional options for RPA desktop authoring so anyone can build a bot and automate Windows-based tasks. The combined offering will also enable RPA connectivity to many new apps and services including SAP and traditional green-screen terminal applications.
However, Microsoft did not acquire control of WinAutomation just for its RPA capabilities.
The company also wants to put Softomotive’s powerful APIs in the hands of Power Automate customers.
So, a new set of connectors and apps are now available to these users. They include legacy terminal screens, Java, and SAP.
Desktop automation software like WinAutomation enables users to quickly automate repetitive tasks.
The beauty of such a tool is that it requires no coding skills or experience to use. It is low-code platform that end users can utilize to speed up everyday web-based or desktop app workflows.
It is, therefore, useful to enterprises that wish to automate processes associated with emails, UI design, or computer vision.
WinAutomation is specifically powerful when it comes to the creation of robotic processes for things like data manipulation with spreadsheets, and even for file management.
