i have been using windows 8.1 for a while now and i’ve had to deal with nothing but bugs. I have been using a HDMI cable to link my computer to my tv and it fine until at some random point, the screens go black and my keyboard and mouse stop working on both, the only thing that is left working is the sound. the only thin i have found that helps is to restart the computer.
