Windows 8, 10 Metro Commander App gets New Features
Metro Commander is one of the best Windows 8 apps, in my opinion, as it lets you open quite a lot of files and also acts as a file manager. We have previously written about an update that it has received and we’re now informing our readers about the latest one.
I’ve been using the Metro Commander app on my Windows 8 tablet for quite a while now and I can say that I’m very pleased with its performance. So, I recommend it to anybody who’s in need of an application that acts as a file manager and also can do a bunch of other things, such as opening and extracting files from archives and even doubling down as a built-in viewer and media player.

Metro Commander for Windows 8 can do so many things
Metro Commander is an orthodox file manager which allows you to manage your files and folders from within the Modern Windows UI interface.
Easily create, open, preview, rename, copy, move, delete, search and share files and folders. Browse your documents faster with navigation buttons (back, forward, up), thumbnail previews, shortcuts to your Images, Music and Videos folders and the ability to add shortcuts to your favorite folders. Manage your online files by logging into your SkyDrive account.
According to the changelog of the Windows 8 Metro Commander app in the Windows Store, Boo Studio, the developer behind the app, has fixed the problem with duplication of favorites. So, if you were affected by this issue, then go ahead and get the latest version by following the link from below, unless you have it already running.
