A couple of months ago, Microsoft announced some changes to Yammer. Now , they started implementing them and is seems that things are going in the right direction.
If you din’t know, Yammer is a enterprise social networking service that focuses on private communications between users in an organisation.
Question and answer in Yammer focuses important topics
Usually, a large number of questions are asked in Yammer, making it hard to distinguish help requests from general conversation. For that reason, Redmond changed the styling, making them easy to see.
From now on, everyone will be able to better see actual questions, and also important answers. In the near future, you’ll be able to filter the conversations to see only questions or unanswered questions.
In regards to answers, the author of a question or a group admin can mark a certain answer as being tshe best answer, and it will get pinned at the top of the question.

As we’ve designed and built this experience, we’ve worked with customers every step of the way to better understand this space—from gathering feedback on early concepts to running a preview with a small set of organizations.
It’s worth noting that these changes are currently only in private preview, but we expect them to roll out to all Office 365 subcribers by the end of this summer.
