To summarise it, you will have to research Cephalon Cy from the Research Terminal in the Dry Dock, then replicate the blueprint, and finally, build Cephalon Cy in the Foundry. Players who are part of a clan that has built a Dojo will find it easier.

Cephalon Railjack blueprint can also be purchased from the market for 35,000 credits. Remember, Cephalon Cy is critical for the Rising Tide quest and serves as the navigator for the spacecraft.

The Rising Tide quest entails tasks to collect parts that will help you build the Railjack. On completion of the quest, you will find Railjack listed as the reward!
