Microsoft’s Xbox Design Lab has been open for almost a year now and while the ability to customize the colors of an Xbox One controller has been appreciated by gamers in the U.S.A. and Canada, for those in other regions (i.e. the rest of the world) the whole things has been a bit of a frustration as the service offers no international shipping options and there remains no news on it rolling out to other countries.

Some Xbox One owners took to Twitter and asked Microsoft’s Aaron Greenberg if there had been an update on the global rollout a few days ago and unfortunately it looks like there are no immediate plans at all. “Not at this time unfortunately,” his tweet read. “Team has heard the feedback from fans who want in more markets.”

The Xbox Design Lab was announced last year during the Microsoft E3 conference and was met with a very positive reaction from the gaming community. Have you tried the service yet or is it unavailable to you? Let us know in the comments below.
