After the acquisition by Microsoft, one would have thought Mojang would have turned into a sole Minecraft machine for the Redmond software giant (or worse). That, of course, was not the case: the studio released its second game, Secret, recently, and just published another one one, Cobalt, on the Xbox Store.

Developed by Oxeye Game Studio AB, the game is a side-scrolling action game featuring the titular cyborg on a mysterious planet solving challenges, uncovering secrets, and participating in multiplayer battles, with a focus on competitive gaming.

There are a variety of innovative gameplay mechanics that promise an action-packed, fulfilling playing experience, including extreme automatic bullet-time, combat-rolling, punching explosives and more. A multitude of gaming modes like Deathmatch, Team Strike, Capture the Plug and more should keep players in the game for a long time. Plus there are Space Hamsters that you can tame.

The game is available in the Xbox Store US for $19.99 for Xbox One and Xbox 360, and is also available on PC through Steam.
