A short two months out of departing her executive role at Microsoft, Julie Larson-Green has found a new position at experience management company, Qualtrics (via Geek Wire.) Larson is taking on a chief experience officer role, helping oversee design of the company and the building of a culture that will help attract employees at Qualtrics.

She had held this very position at Microsoft before. as well as other key positions that helped shaped Microsoft to what the company is today. In fact, during her 20 plus year tenure at Microsoft, Larson helped shape Windows and Microsoft Office. Larson-Green commented on the necessity of her shaping a company’s culture when asked about her new position.

“Culture has such a huge impact on the outcome of the product and the outcome of the business…Putting that more front and center and not having as much of a silo as it’s been in the past is a really exciting opportunity.”

According to their website, Qualtrics makes “sophisticated research simple and empowers users to capture customer, product, brand & employee experience insights in one place.” The company has offices in Seattle, Dallas, Provo, Dublin, and six other cities across the globe. We wish Julie Larson Green well in her new journey, and thank her for her service at Microsoft.
