Adobe finally announced that it will bring its software to Windows ARM

ARM devices are becoming a focus for Microsoft, so it’s no wonder that many software developers are optimizing their software for Windows ARM.

Speaking of which, Adobe has pledged to bring its suite of tools to Windows on ARM, so here’s what we know so far.

Windows ARM will finally be able to run Adobe software

If you own an ARM device and use Adobe software, you’ll be pleased to hear that Adobe has pledged better support for Windows ARM devices, as Windows Central reports.

This was announced during the Microsoft AI and Surface event, and Adobe stated that a full range of apps is coming soon to Windows ARM. Here’s the statement from Microsoft:

Together with Adobe, we are thrilled to announce Adobe’s flagship apps are coming to Copilot+ PCs, including Photoshop, Lightroom and Express – available today.

Illustrator, Premiere Pro and more are coming this summer. And we’re continuing to partner to optimize AI in these apps for the NPU. For Adobe Creative Cloud customers, they will benefit from the full performance advantages of Copilot+ PCs to express their creativity faster than ever before.

This is great news for all Adobe users and owners of ARM devices, and we’re happy to see that software developers are starting to accept the ARM platform.
