1. Change IDrive settings

  1. Open IDrive.
  2. Navigate to Settings.

2. Change the backup list

  1. Install the latest version of the software. You can download IDrive from the official website.
  2. Next, start the application and ensure that Continuous data protection is disabled.

  5. Next, click on the Modify button again.
  6. Select the folders you want to back up and click OK.
  7. Backup the folders manually or schedule the backup.

3. Ensure that the necessary services are running

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
  2. Locate and end all IDrive processes.

  4. Locate the Volume Shadow Copy service and double-click it.
  5. Click Stop to stop the service. Set the Startup Type to Automatic. Now click the Start button.
  6. Do the same for IDrive services and Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider service.
