XBOX Adds Handheld Support for 34 More Games This Week

XBOX players have plenty to look forward to this week. Alongside more than 20 new game releases arriving between June 29 and July 3, Microsoft has expanded XBOX handheld support for another 34 games via TrueAchievements, while 12 titles are now confirmed for the XBOX Game Pass July lineup.

The latest handheld update continues Microsoft’s push to improve the experience on XBOX Ally and other supported handheld devices. This week’s additions include 16 games that are now officially handheld-optimized, as well as 18 more titles that are handheld-compatible with some manual settings adjustments.

34 More Games Gain XBOX Handheld Support

Microsoft continues to grow its handheld gaming library, making it easier for players to enjoy more titles on portable devices.

The latest update introduces 16 handheld-optimized games. These titles have been tested and tuned to deliver a smoother experience without requiring players to change graphics or control settings.

Another 18 games have also been marked as handheld-compatible. While they are expected to run well, players may need to adjust settings to achieve the best performance depending on their device.

Microsoft has steadily expanded its handheld compatibility program over recent months, with dozens of additional games receiving optimization each week. As more developers test their titles for portable play, the supported library continues to grow ahead of the arrival of the XBOX Ally handheld ecosystem.

Combined with this week’s 20-plus XBOX game launches and the expanding July XBOX Game Pass catalog, handheld players have plenty of new experiences to look forward to over the coming weeks.
