Is Rainbow Six Siege Down? User Reports Hint at Server, Launch & Gameplay Issues

Rainbow Six Siege players are currently reporting multiple issues related to it, with outage reports jumping in the past half a hour. Outage tracking site, Downdetector, shows roughly 480 reports at 7:29 AM (IST), far above its baseline of nine.

Rainbow Six Siege outage reports suddenly spike

As of writing this, most Rainbow Six Siege Players have reported of server connection issues. In addition, some users mentioned that they are having trouble launching the game as well as gameplay.

That said, the spike in user report doesn’t l automatically confirm a global server outage. Ubisoft’s service-status page currently shows no issues across PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.

As of now, Ubisoft Connect is also having some issues, which could be the reason why players of Rainbow Six Seige are unable to launch their game or play altogether.

For now, players experiencing server connection or launch issues may be dealing with a temporary service issue. Ubisoft has not been confirmed as acknowledging a widespread outage. In case it does, we’ll update this article.
