Xbox Free Play Days Brings Five Ubisoft Games for This Weekend (Oct. 1-4)

It’s Thursday, and we have yet another Xbox Free Play Days lineup with us. Microsoft today announced that five Ubisoft games are coming to Free Play Days this weekend, giving all Xbox members a chance to try Far Cry 6, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Skull and Bones, and The Crew Motorfest for free.

The promotion runs from Thursday, October 1 through Sunday, October 4. The best part is that unlike other Free Play Days lineup, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, or Essential membership is not required to try these five games.

Five Ubisoft games are free to try this weekend

Far Cry 6 puts players in the middle of a guerrilla revolution on Yara, while Assassin’s Creed Odyssey takes players to Ancient Greece as they forge their own path as a Spartan warrior. Meanwhile, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora lets players explore the Western Frontier of Pandora and experience its story alone or through two-player online co-op.

Meanwhile, Skull and Bones offers an open-world pirate experience focused on naval combat, while The Crew Motorfest takes players to Hawaii for a celebration of car culture. Players can find the games through their individual Xbox Store pages and install them while the Free Play Days event is active. On Xbox consoles, the games can also be found through the Subscriptions tab in the Xbox Store under the Free Play Days collection.

Grab games at discount and continue playing later, too

If one of these games get you hooked, Microsoft is also offering limited-time discounts on select titles. You can purchase a game and continue playing after the event while keeping their Gamerscore and achievements earned during the free period. Discounts, percentages, and title availability can vary depending on the game and region. Have fun gaming this weekend!
