The recently announced, Mortal Kombat 11, is now available to pre-order digitally on Microsoft’s family of Xbox One consoles.

Mortal Kombat 11 is available in two versions, a regular version and a Deluxe Edition. Pre-ordering either version will unlock Shao Khan as a playable character and grant access to the pre-launch closed beta while the Deluxe Edition also contains a Kombat Pack. Details on the Kombat Pack haven’t been announced yet but it’s incredibly likely that this will include a variety of downloadable content in the form of new post-launch characters.

Here’s its official game description and trailer:

Mortal Kombat is back and better than ever in the next evolution of the iconic franchise. The all new Custom Character Variations give you unprecedented control to customize the fighters and make them your own. The new graphics engine showcasing every skull-shattering, eye-popping moment, brings you so close to the fight you can feel it. And featuring a roster of new and returning Klassic Fighters, Mortal Kombat’s best in class cinematic story mode continues the epic saga over 25 years in the making.

Mortal Kombat 11 for formally unveiled during the 2018 Game Awards alongside a variety of other titles such as Far Cry New Dawn and new DLC for Forza Horizon 4.
