FIFA 21 is the latest in a long line of football manager games developed by EA Sports, a subsidiary of Electronic Arts.

Like every year, the hype grows as the game release date draws closer and closer, and pre-orders and early-access is something that everyone wants.

Well, that seems to be a problem this year since many FIFA 21 players reported that they are having a problem accessing the 10-hour trial of FIFA 21:

Hi I’m trying to download the 10 hour access so I can play it today at 4 when it’s released but when I search it up on my Xbox on ea play I can’t find fifa 21 can you help please so I can play the 10 hour access

Apparently, the problem itself is that the 10-hour trial doesn’t seem to appear on the EA Play gaming library, so naturally, players can’t access it.

We’ve researched the matter even further and have found a solution to this problem that has also been recommended by EA technical support as well.

Quick tip:

The Free trial of FIFA 21 will continue to be available even after the official launch of the game for everyone that wants to test it before they buy it.

However, if you’ve already decided on buying it, then take advantage of the best prices available!

  3. Scroll down the page and click on the Free Trial with EA Play button
    • If you are taken to the EA Play subscription page, navigate back to the FIFA 21 Xbox One page
  4. The Free Trial with EA Play button should now be labeled Install on my devices
  5. Press Install on my devices
  6. Press the (…) button next to the Install on my devices button
  7. Click on Free Trial
    • If FIFA 21 is not installed on your console, simply follow the on-screen instructions to download it
    • If FIFA 21 is installed on your console, you should be able to launch and play the 10-hour trial without any issue
