- Try to install Dell SupportAssist once again.

- In Windows 11’s Start Windows type in Services.msc
- Open the Services platform and head over to Local Section.
- See if the following files were removed
- Dell Client Management Service
- Dell Data Vault Collector
- Dell Data Vault Processor
- Dell Data Vault Service API
- Dell SupportAssist
- Dell TechHub
- If they’re not removed, delete them with Command Prompt (under Admin rights) by typing in the following:
- SC DELETE “SupportAssistAgent”
- SC DELETE “DDVDataCollector”
- SC DELETE “DDVRulesProcessor”
- SC DELETE “DDVCollectorSvcApi”
- Go to your C: Drive
- Set to show Hidden Items, and access Program Data
- See if the SupportAssist and Dell folders are removed
- If not, delete them, restart your PC and repeat the Installation process
