Forza Horizon 4 has a new game mode launching later today. “The Eliminator” is a new battle royale game mode where you play a 72-player battle royale. The Eliminator is part of the Series 17 update arriving sometime today. Since the full Series 17 changelog is not yet available on the Forza Horizon 4 website, it’s hard to say what else will be included in the update. However, based on the video below, The Eliminator looks like it’s a lot of fun to play.
Going head-to-head in a 72-car battle royale mode trying to race towards the finish line while attempting to take each other out seems like the most fun and competitive Forza racing experience to come along in a while. Similar to other battle royale games, you will get eliminated if you stay outside a targeted area, or if you can’t complete a race by an opponent who challenges you to a 1V1 race.
The Eliminator is being included for free, as part of the Series 17 update arriving on Forza Horizon 4 later today. Personally, I am excited to start playing The Eliminator right now. Forza Horizon 4 is available as part of an Xbox Game Pass subscription, along with all the other games in the Forza series. You can also buy Forza Horizon 4 for $35.99 for Xbox Live Gold subscribers.
