Microsoft has promised a “faster” fast ring beginning this month for those of you enrolled in the Windows Insider Program. As we begin the development of Windows 10 Redstone, the next major update to the operating system, Windows Insider boss Gabriel Aul is teasing everyone by mentioning exactly what new build he is currently running on his desktop (first spotted by Neowin).
@win10fan I'm running 11097 on my PC right now

@win10fan It's still early in development, so mostly underlying structural stuff still, not UX

For those wondering, Gabe is running Windows 10 Redstone build 11097 on his desktop. Microsoft recently rolled out Windows 10 Redstone build 11082 to Insiders and is currently working hard to “get one out pretty quickly” implying that we may see a new build very soon.
Gabe also mentioned that this particular build he is running does not have any user experience or user interface changes. Rather, this new build has mostly underlying structural code improvements. So keep that in mind when the next build drops.
Are you ready to test new Windows 10 Redstone builds at a faster pace?
