Similar to the Windows Insider Program in Windows 10, Microsoft builds the future of the Xbox based on the feedback of gamers enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program. Today, Microsoft took to their blog to explain how exactly Xbox Insider feedback is considered.
Feedback is primarily considered via the Xbox Feedback website. According to Microsoft, gamers can use this website to share suggestions and then have others vote on it. The feedback here is ranked based on vote count, shared internally at Microsoft all year round, and grouped into various categories of suggestion types. Comments are also appreciated and highly important.
Starting in the next few months, Microsoft will be looking for suggestions and feature requests on the Xbox Feedback Website. The company wants gamers to submit suggestions based on new features, and anything that involves core goals. “When you make a suggestion on Xbox Feedback, what we really want to see is your vision for the future and direction of Xbox. But what do you do if you want to help out with the console and games you want,” explained Microsoft.
Other ways feedback are considered are via the Xbox Insider Hub, the Windows Feedback Hub, and the company’s support channels. Do you have any suggestions for the Xbox Team? Be sure to check out the Xbox Feedback website and let Microsoft know.
