Omen 17 is a gaming laptop with Copilot integration

HP has just introduced a new laptop, called Omen 17, as XDA Developers writes. Regarding the hardware, you can find the following:

  • 17.3-inch display that comes with Full HD or Quad HD resolution
  • The Quad HD display can support up to 240Hz refresh rate
  • Up to Ryzen 9 8945HS CPU with Ryzen AI
  • Up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 GPU
  • 1TB SSD and up to 32GB RAM

Additional features include a 1080p webcam, a single USB-C port, three USB Type-A ports, HDMI, an Ethernet port, and a headphone jack.

Omen 17 might be a gaming laptop, but it’s AI-focused, and it utilizes AI to improve video and voice quality. It even comes with a trial of Otter.ai Pro which lets you record, transcribe, and summarize meetings.

Lastly, the laptop also has a dedicated Copilot key that you can use to quickly and easily open the AI assistant.

Overall, this is a great device, and it will be available starting April 24th with a starting price of $1,349.99.
