Have you ever imagined how it would feel to own a gaming PC that not only fulfills your 1080p gaming requirements but also stands out with its appearance? We present you the HP Omen 25L, a grand scale light tower in the universe of gaming that grabs attention. But now, that’s not only because its configuration, but also because HP decided to slash $500 off its price and it’s now available for only $690!
Is HP Omen 25L worth the money?
It is not just regular game playing computer; this one seems like an art piece because of its tall and impressive look combined with RGB lighting which pledges high-level enhancement for your game time. However, like all tech, it has its peculiarities. Thus, let us delve into what renders the HP Omen 25L an interesting choice for your gaming arrangement.
The HP Omen 25L does not lack in giving good 1080p gaming performance. The AMD Ryzen 5 5600G CPU (3.9 GHz up to 4.4 GHz, 16 MB L3 cache, 6 cores) is assisted by the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (8 GB GDDR6 dedicated) graphics card and HyperX 8 GB DDR4-3200 MHz of RAM. While the CPU and GPU are ready to handle even the latest games, you will have to do something about upgrading your RAM, because 8 GB is barely enough for today’s needs.
As for the graphics card, for some extra bucks, you can upgrade it with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060, which is still a popular graphics card among Steam players. This configuration also includes a 512 GB WD Black PCIe NVMe TLC M.2 SSD for storage.
In the connectivity department, if you don’t have a cable connection handy, you can rely on Wi-Fi 6 in full duplex. HP Omen 25L is also ready for extra wireless gadgets connections with Bluetooth 5.2.
Well, this desktop gaming PC from HP is a bit outdated, but if you add some RAM, you will be enjoying the latest games at decent FPS rates. Do you already own a HP Omen 25L? Tell us about your experience in the comments below.
