In wake of the recent deadly terrorist attacks in Paris (France), Microsoft’s Skype team has announced that all domestic and international calls to landlines and mobiles in France will be free for the next few days. Here’s what the company had to say:
“In light of the devastating events that have taken place in Paris, we want to help people stay in touch with friends, family and colleagues. So, with immediate effect we are making all domestic and international calls to landlines and mobiles in France free of charge for the next few days. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by these terrible events in Paris.”
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families of those affected. Stay safe out there!
Thanks for sending this in, Nicholas!
