Today marks the second day of the #BeamThemeWeek event celebrating the global launch of the Beam app on Xbox One. As we reported yesterday, Xbox Wire news posts have been commandeered with everything there is to know about Beam. Today we’re learning about the #BeamLove because everything is in hashtags nowadays.
When the team mentions #BeamLove, they are mainly talking about what they call the unique community of streamers. The team at Beam love when streamers interact with each other, collaborating and hosting ‘friendly raids’ where hosts take their followers to visit another person’s channel for a while.
Built as an interactive streaming service, it isn’t surprising that the support is advertised as highly engaged with their partners. According to the Xbox Wire post, support tickets average less than fifteen minutes with 24/7 service. Furthermore, Beam also has a feedback.beam.pro forum similar to UserVoice where users can submit ideas and vote.
Today’s streaming partners on Beam are themed with Tropical Tuesday, whether it be gameplay, recipes, or costumes. If you’re looking for a chance to win one of the 2,000 prizes in Beam Pro and Xbox codes, then join in on one of the chats.
