Lenovo Tab M11

Excited for a new Lenovo tablet? If the answer is yet, then you should know that Lenovo will release the new Lenovo Tab M11 soon, and we have exclusive images of the device. A hint: it looks absolutely gorgeous. Another hint: it’s not a major improvement over its predecessor, at all.

The new Lenovo Tab M11 will be pretty much perfect for on-the-road situations, as the device only weighs around 466 g (1.03 lbs), and it has a height of 166 mm. Looking for an ultraportable tablet? This might be it.

Lenovo Tab M11 will also sport an 11-inch LCD screen, with a maximum resolution of 1920×1200, thus becoming the perfect device for binge sessions and cinematic experiences. And speaking of binge sessions, don’t worry. You’ll be able to do it, as the Lenovo Tab M11’s battery life will last up to 10 hours playing videos. And if you need to do it all over again, its 5V/2A Charging Adapter will charge the battery in no time.Lenovo Tab M11

The tablet will come in 2 colors, as Lenovo Tab M11 will be available in a Luna Grey shade, and Seafoam Green Version. And, at launch, Lenovo Tab M11 will run on Android 13. But you shouldn’t worry here either, as Lenovo plans to upgrade it to Android 15, with security patches until January 2028. Lenovo Tab M11

Overall, the tablet is more than decent: it has a MediaTek G88 Octa-Core processor, and it will be released with different memory specs. For example, customers will be able to choose between a Lenovo Tab M11 with 4GB RAM and 64/128GB storage, or an 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version. And if that isn’t enough, Lenovo also has an expandable SD card support of up to 1TB.

Lenovo Tab M11 will be released with a lot of pre-installed software including YouTube Music, Pay (Wallet), GBoard, Google News, Lenovo Vantage, and many more.

Plus, if you want to use it for creative purposes, Lenovo will release special accessories for it. We’re talking about the Lenovo Tab Pen and a Folio Case. The Lenovo Tab Pen will allow you to transform it into a canvas, where you can bring your visual ideas to life. Lenovo Tab M11

The device doesn’t have a release date or a price, but considering the price of the other Lenovo tablets, this one should cost around ~$330.

The biggest drawback

Considering the Lenovo Tab M10 tablet, which was released 3 years ago, in 2020, the Tab M11 doesn’t feel as if it changed much.

It offers a bigger screen, sure, and the ability to add more storage through the SD card makes it a useful device to store a lot of pictures, videos, and so on. Adding its ultraportable design to these, the Tab M11 can be taken virtually anywhere.

But if you check the full specifications of the Lenovo Tab M11, you’ll notice that the differences between it and the Tab M10 are small.

And if we are to compare it to the newest Tab M10 version that includes 5G and was released earlier this year, the differences are even smaller. Ironically, on some points, as video playback, Tab M10 5G (12 hours of video playback) performs better than Tab M11 (10 hours of video playback).

So while the newly-leaked Lenovo Tab M11 may have a nice design, and its base specs are good enough to make it a useful device, overall it’s not even a decent improvement from Tab M10 5G. Is it worth it? Well, the specs should speak for themselves. Check them out below.
