Cho Joo-wan, the CEO of LG Electronics, and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella are reportedly up for discussing future AI collaboration. It is worth noting that in February Cho and Meta’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg discussed AI collaboration.

Cho, then, said that the discussion was around the prospects of LG Electronics utilizing Meta’s large language model, Llama. So, LG Electronics’ meeting with Microsoft makes it pretty clear that the South Korean electronics giant is stepping on the pedal to catch up with the ongoing AI race.
