Everyone at Microsoft is getting in on the marketing blitz around tomorrows Windows 10 hardware events. This time, we have the Windows team talking up Microsoft partners, which makes sense. Microsoft is introducing some exciting new Windows 10 hardware, and they’re walking a fine line between creating halo devices and stepping on OEM partner toes.
At the same time, Windows 10 fans should be excited that OEMs will continue to introduce new hardware leveraging the operating system’s awesome new features. Microsoft feels the same, and to prove it they’re sending top executives to take part in a number of upcoming OEM events.

Then, over the next few weeks, in conjunction with our partners, we will share exciting news about their new devices designed for Windows 10 at events happening around the world. Microsoft executives, including Terry Myerson, Nick Parker, Yusuf Mehdi and Joe Belfiore will join partners at their press events. Here’s the schedule:
• October 7, we’ll take the stage with HP in Barcelona
• October 8, we’ll be in New York City with Dell
• October 9, we’ll be in San Francisco, with ASUS
• October 12, we’ll be in Taipei with Acer
• October 13, we’ll be in Tokyo with Toshiba
• October 19 we’ll be back in San Francisco with Leno

Microsoft’s success is closely tied to a strong Windows 10 ecosystem, and that comes down to strong OEMs. To that end, Microsoft is making it crystal clear that they support their OEMs. That’s good news for all of us.
As always, hit up our dedicated page to keep up-to-date on Microsoft’s massive Windows 10 event.
