Microsoft redesigns Copilot app for its 1 year anniversary

The Super Bowl weekend is around the corner, and Microsoft just launched their Super Bowl ad, so it’s the best time to include themed suggestions in the new Copilot rehaul for mobile devices and the web.

That’s why the new Copilot design now has a carousel showing prompts that, in time, will be populated with topics and actions that interest you.

The new redesign comes exactly one year after the Bing Chat launch, marking 5 billion chats with the AI chatbot and 5 billion generated images.

What’s new on the Copilot for mobile and web?

Now, you can customize the generated images right in the Copilot app. You can highlight an object, enhance colors, blur the background, or change the image by applying effects such as pixel art.

Another remarkable addition is enabling GPT-4 and a cooler and sleeker design. It also recommends upgrading to Copilot Pro inside the main menu.

Microsoft also announced in their blog post that they will soon include Designer GPT inside Copilot, an excellent tool for website design.

It’s worth mentioning that Copilot is completely free and except for the iOS or Android apps, it also works on the most popular browsers like Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
