Microsoft Edge 123.0.2380.1 is available on Dev Channel

Microsoft Edge enthusiasts get to explore the latest features in version 123, which is now available for public testing in the Developer Channel.

With the 123.0.2380.1 release, Microsoft introduced a variety of fixes and improvements, providing Edge insiders a glimpse of what’s new in browser evolution.

Furthermore, Edge Dev 123 for Android offers the recently spotted extension support through Deskmodder. To enable it, type the following address in the Edge browser, edge://flags, and try some popular extensions to improve your browsing experience.

Other changes are:

  • Another noteworthy addition is the introduction of a Content Security Policy within the browser to enable the Suno Plugin to work within Microsoft Copoilot.
  • Addressed the Subscribe to Copilot Pro button not appearing after switching to a Managed Service Account without a subscription until the browser restarted.
  • Resolved the browser crashing issue when opening the favorites hub while navigating to a website.
  • Fixed the problem causing the browser to crash while clicking add account.
  • Addressed the font dialog in reading mode is not showing the detected font type issue.
  • Resolved the More tools menu item didn’t respond to the screen reader’s Double-tap instructions.
  • Addressed the Ask Copilot button not working in privacy mode problem
  • Fixed a bug that led to the disappearance of favicons after updating the latest build. However, they returned after relaunching Edge.
  • Resolved the chat page overlapped with the ask me window on Android devices when in landscape mode.
  • Address New Tab Page background image not working issue.
  • Resolved games are not launching when disconnected from the network.
  • Fixed the Narrator announcing extra information while navigating to the Explore more games to play button problem.
  • Addressed icons disappearing during the extension installation issue.
  • Resolved not launching Copilot after clicking the Get Started button.
  • Fixed an alert appearing and a new tab opening when you click on a Copilot Pro deep link in Copilot chat on iOS
  • Addressed getting multiple success messages when logged into the Terminal after launching the browser
