Microsoft’s Edge web browser has introduced a useful and relatively unknown feature called “Copy Video Frame.” This feature enables users to capture screenshots of web-based videos, even when the video is not in full-screen mode, in full resolution. It is particularly useful for users who need to capture specific frames from videos without losing quality, especially those found on YouTube.

This feature was discovered by a Reddit user named u/MrElectrifyer, who noticed it while trying to switch to Picture in Picture mode. This user found that the “Copy Video Frame” option captures the video frame in its original resolution. It could be particularly useful for content creators or anyone who wants to share high-quality stills from videos.

In addition, Microsoft revealed more features to its Edge browser. One upcoming feature is the Smart Find, set for a September release. This feature improves user search experiences by suggesting related words and phrases, even if the initial search term is misspelled. This could potentially save users time and effort when searching for information online.
