Microsoft today announced Day 0 management support for its new Surface Duo device. In a recent Microsoft Endpoint Manager Blog post, the company explained that Surface Duo users will now be able to access the Android enterprise controls like Conditional Access, App Protection Policies, and Android Enterprise management directly from the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center.

Microsoft Endpoint Manager is basically an integrated endpoint management platform that has been designed to make it easier to manage all devices in an organization. It helps IT Admins to protect corporate data while allowing employees to work using both personal and corporate devices.

With this announcement, Microsoft Endpoint Manager gains some significant improvements to offer an optimized Surface Duo experience. The first improvement that the company highlighted today is dual-screen optimization. Moreover, the Microsoft Authenticator app and the Company Portal app will now come pre-installed for Surface Duo users.
